Did that already, but was also hoping for some kind of advice or plugin suggestion that insert data in a 2nd table when inserted in a main table. I can imagine that sometimes one wants to insert data in more tables for some user cases. So don’t hesitate for everyone to spoil me with more suggestions.

I understand your plead in the evolution of code etc. Of course everyone wants their product to be better. But in my case, one of the options that is even on your option list was drastically changed. Serials generated by the plugin were sold perfectly, until a hidden change. And therefore manual generated codes were not sold anymore. A function that is even mentioned on the feature list. And changing or even stopping functionality is something dangerous in my opinion, customers rely on that.

But all this in mind: it’s fixed now and glad it is. My next event is coming up, and now it seems that I don’t have to manually generate codes in a different application to be sols, but just use the build in generator, which works perfectly now. And the testing in selling is going perfectly too. So I am happy.

Hoi allen,

Ik ben toch wel benieuwd naar een oplossing voor dit issue. Ik verkoop namelijk zowel virtuele producten als fysieke producten. Dit gebeurd o.a. als variabel product. De eerste variatie is alleen het Virtuele product, de tweede varite is de virtuele met een fysiek product. Bij de eerste variatie staat Virtueel product aangevinkt, bij de tweede staat deze uit.

Als er wordt gekozen voor alleen de virtuele variatie gaat het mis. Ik zie de verzendkosten niet gerekend worden, maar wel de extra opties van MyParcel. Dat zou niet moeten. Wanneer er alleen virtuele producten zijn moet die optie niet zichtbaar zijn.

Ook een single virtueel prodcut zorgt er voor dat de verzendopties tevoorschijn komen.

Ik hoop vurig op een oplossing, ik kan nu niet live met de online winkel voor het bijverkopen van de fysieke producten bij de virtuele.

Euhm, well apparently I didn’t do that correctly, so sorry…

I added the snippet to the website through a snippet plugin. I forgot I also added it to the functions.php, that was the old script. Deleted that one and voila! Works like a charm!!

Thnx! I updated the plugin, unfortunatly the reviews don’t show at random yet. The newst review is shown. Used the code as mentioned in the link in the previous post, the v5 snippet. Perhaps I have to change something?

The code snippet in the link has a v5 version in it, I was hoping to use that.

I understand your argument. But to make the content of my frontpage dynamic it fits more to show another review when a visitor returns to my website. I don;t think the cahing is been used a lot and visitors will see it sooner when a review keeps the same for a longer time.

Please tell me if your answer tells me the function won’t be there anymore from now on, or that there is a possibility to fix the script.
