In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] youzify Avatar Upload IssueHey @chitarristiorg,
It looks like you may have asked this on the wrong plugin’s support page?
Did you mean to post here: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/youzify/?

Hey Par,
Does this relate to the issue you emailed about around the 20th March? If so, my reply stands – I’m looking into it, I promise!
If this is a different issue, please use our support system – you a paying customer now ??

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Hide comments from blocked usersI haven’t personally heard of WpDiscuz, and therefore that plugin is currently unsupported.
I will check to make sure there are no issues with native BuddyPress comment blocking before the next update. Sometimes, BuddyPress makes a change we are not aware of.
I do not recommend the free version of Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress as a solution for the Apple or Google app stores. They have stringent requirements, and these are not tested against the plugin. To be able to fully ‘report offensive content’, rather than just the user, we suggest the premium version.

In reply to: [Block, Suspend, Report for BuddyPress] Synced with Better messages?Hey P?r!
Before I carry on, as a premium customer, you’re more than welcome to use our normal channels!
But as this also relates to the free version, @wordplus, do you have any insights here? I wasn’t aware you now offered blocking ??

Hey @budy74, that’s great news. That other function actually doesn’t get called, and is there as a debugging function, so that won’t cause the issue to happen again in your case.
@haymondoooo, as @budy74 is running BuddyPress 11, and has a similar user count, I’m going to close this ticket as we know that the issue isn’t with our plugin. Please let your hosting provider know that a memory issue was successfully fixed and is running well on comparable sites. They will hopefully deep dive into why you are still getting out of memory issues.

Hey @haymondoooo,
No update from me unfortunately. I’m afraid I can’t replicate your issue on our servers, and have had no other reports. Still waiting to see if @budy74 has had any success since the last update.
Thank you so much for your kind words about the plugin! If you want to continue to use it, may I suggest asking a web developer for some help to debug your server environment specifically? Obviously, if they can find the cause of the issue, I will do everything I can to create a fix ASAP.

Hey @haymondoooo,
It’s against forum rules to share any admin credentials for your site or server.
As the fix was based on a suggestion by @budy74, I want to establish whether it has fixed the issue for their site. In theory, it must have done. I’m hoping they get back to me as soon as they can!

I’ve just released version 3.6 which removes that function. Let me know how that goes.
I’m going to try really hard to get a new version out by the end of the weekend, if that helps you decide whether to edit the files or not.
If it is an easy fix, I may be able to get it out by the end of tomorrow (Friday).
Hey @budy74,
That makes perfect sense to me – I will get started on a fix for this. Congratulations on having so many users on your site! Please tell me, does your memory issue happen on activation (before you even leave the plugins page)? I’m wondering if this is a separate issue.
@haymondoooo, how many users do you have registered on your site?

In reply to: Fatal Error: Uncaught LeadpagesWPI totally understand. I’m not familiar with Leadpages itself, but a cURL 28 error essentially means that your site is trying to get something from elsewhere, and despite it’s best effort, it’s taking too long.
It may be worth doing an internet search for that particular error, and seeing if any of that helps. It’s not an uncommon error, so there may be a checklist you can follow, to rule some further things out.
Good luck!

In reply to: Nav bar format issue across browsersHey @acronin,
You’re correct that from around 1300px screen width down to where you get the hamburger menu kick in, you get that bunching. I would start by looking at a few possibilities:
- Change the breakpoints, so the hamburger menu kicks in a bit earlier.
- Accept that the menu items will have to render vertically, and improve how they look (less spacing perhaps, e.g. between EV and Charging)
- Consider making some of the menu items sub-menu items
Any of those could offer a direction to work towards.

In reply to: Fatal Error: Uncaught LeadpagesWPHey @simonpatnick,
That looks like a question I would certainly direct towards the developers of the Leadpages plugin.

Hey @haymondoooo,
Thanks for trying. Okay, we will have to wait for some more data to come in, as we are currently unable to replicate this issue.
In the meantime, I can only suggest you continue to use BuddyPress version 10, if you wish to continue using our plugin.
I appreciate this isn’t what you want to hear right now.
