We are a New Zealand domiciled (headquartered and registered) company and supply our USA customers, and expect will be able with the DHL plugin to further supply our international customers too, all from our USA fulfilment warehouse service provider, Michigan 49686, USA .

Thank you for your patience .
After several back and forths with SkyVerge Liz are we destined to return to your helpful embrace as we are hardly any further along the proper way to the solution we are seeking apart from satisfactory clarification of the ‘problem’ description .
We have, by now, explicated the ‘problem’ in the SkyVerge thread as able to be understood by most anyone interested and so look forward to any further illuminating guidance you may choose to provide .
If you are able to take the time to graze the ‘clarifying’ thread at SkyVerge then we are grateful for your further assist . Specifically, is the last web-destination linked by SkyVerge meeting with your solution approval ?

Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours sincerely,
Stuart :-}Thank you, Liz, for everything :-}
Forgive our late response, please .
Will revert, now, to Woo for any further guidance able to be had .
Our back and forth has, indeed, satisfactorily elucidated the ‘problem’ .
We appreciate all of your contribution(s) and will continue to discover the ‘best’ solution available to us for our needs . And will be glad to report back here anything useful we find out along the way toward and including the solution arrived at . Hopefully that does help some .
Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .

Stuart :-}Hello Liz,
Thank you for your get-back :-}
We confirm that we are *not* using the Woocommerce Product Search plugin .
We have interrogated the theme developer’s documentation online and also see no mention of this plugin in-use or integrated for-use by theme owners . And the theme specific plugin updating admin regime (appearance > install plugins) does show all the integrated plugins from where-ever that are available for use with the theme whether paid or included . And *no* mention of Woo Product Search .
We are using Shopkeeper theme, as you probably already know from the detection tools available to web-browsers . Latest version too .
We arrive at your feet because our theme developer is unable to (initially) assist and sent us to Woo . . who sent us to you :-}
We gain little comfort discovering that you, too, are momentarily, at least, ‘confused’ by the ‘simple’ request . And we remain, largely, ignorant of the ‘challenges’ our request conjures . . but we imagine sooner or later a more easily applied and usable ‘simple’ Search output ordering solution will be forthcoming as we are beginning to believe that we are ‘spearheading’ an eventuating need that other Woo users also are (or will) experiencing where a full blown Woo Product Search plugin is over-kill . Maybe .
Anyways . . we do appreciate your attention to our little ‘drama’ and cheerfully acknowledge that we are able to return to Woo for further assist or not and to the theme developer for a little table-top slapping too .
Again, our thanks to you, Liz, for affirming our specific ‘challenge’ and your communications throughout .
Hopefully, we are nearing a satisfactory resolution, one way or another :-}
Mean-time and for now, we remain consistently persistent,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours truly,
Stuart :-}Hello Liz,
Thank you for your get-back .
Forgive our slack responsiveness, please .
Site address link .
By accessing the online store you see the chosen output ordering of the product database . . and by using ‘edt’ in the Search feature you see the Search output ordering of the product database . . and you see the reverse ordering from Search compared to from online store as described in our last, above .
Re-ordering Search output is the mission du jour, please .
Re-ordering Search by product menu order (numerical ascending) and/ or by product title alphabetical order (A-Z) .
And again, we thank you for reading and for your assist .
Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours sincerely,
Stuart :-}Hello SkyVerge,
Thank you for your affirming responsiveness .
But, unfortunately, no .
We think not .We are failing to assert the support request, clearly or sufficiently, because we believe that we are, still, missing the obvious answer from our lack of larger Woo inventory products database experience . And indeed the answer may yet be to use the Extra Product Sorting Options plugin .
We are very specifically referring to the website Search output ordering that is independent of any Woo shop-front/ store-front product output ordering that usually displays on the Woo shopping and shopping category pages .
We are experiencing a different default output order on our site Search results output screen compared to the default Woo shopping and shopping category pages .
That difference is exactly the Woo product menu numerical order chosen by us for Woo shopping and shopping category pages (by specifying the ordering by product menu and ascending order or numerical lowest to numerical highest) – But In Reverse meaning by Descending order (numerical highest to numerical lowest) . Mirror opposite .
We would like to either reverse the reverse meaning order the site Search results output by our ascending Woo product menu numerical order (lowest to highest) which is the same as the Woo shopping and shopping category pages display output And/ Or by alphabetical (Woo product title) order from A -Z, please .
We are unclear how or whether the Extra product sorting options plugin is able to deliver the, ideally, wanted site Search results only output .
Again, we thank you for reading and for your assist .
Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours sincerely,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Usability ‘improvement’ suggestions . .Hello lorro,
Thank you for your responsive get-back and helpful assists .
We have now added our ‘improvement’ suggestion to the WooCommerce ideas queue, thank you .
And we have commissioned and implemented the Say What? plugin, thank you . Nice .
We’ll edge ourselves closer to any template maintenance as later resort, if prioritised as necessary, with eyes full wide, to contain the ongoing support and maintenance demands of the web-property to a constrainable, balanced, ‘perfection’ .
Mean-time and for now,
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours sincerely,
Stuart :-}Hello wfgerald,
Thank you for your informative responsiveness .
Yup, you are fully correct . Wordfence is neither the offender nor the enabler . Shopkeeper theme and WordPress CMS Customizer are the obstacle to implementation . We are able to resolve the bump in the customisation path by child-theming the footer.php file and adding the PHP script ourselves to the, now, properly customisable footer.php file stored in the child theme directory . . learned with the assist and thanks to Shopkeeper theme support for their guidance . Regret the finger-pointing . Yes, we chose to ‘off’ selective protection options in the Wordfence all options page without any change and then to deactivate the Wordfence plugin altogether and again to no change whatsoever to the behaviour of the footer customise option which, blithely, continues to automatically and without any announcement or other dialogue or confirmation, remove the ‘harmless’ PHP copyright script . After the assist of Shopkeeper theme support we are able to report and confirm the positive outcome that we sought and confirm the ‘solution’ is sticking :-}
Appreciate your kind return and prompt responsiveness . . apology for wasting your time and other resources . , honestly, just can’t imagine a WordPress CMS install without Wordfence . . thank you .
Much appreciated . . much obliged . .
Yours sincerely,

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] Checkout issue after the last updateHmm . . we too, well kinda . . Upgraded to (PayPal for WooCommerce) version 1.5.5 (from version 1.5.4) and see that your PayPal image logo is, now suddenly, absent and the existing Woocommerce checkout payment methods frontend public order is re-ordered too ! Hah ! But not at the WooCommerce Settings Payments backend admin where the order is as before (i.e., existing, established, and unchanged) and as usual . . Ain’t that a hoot :-}
Then upgraded to 1.5.6 without any observable change to the 1.5.5 outcome described . . Situation Unchanged .
Images linked show the OLD (i.e., before) and NEW (i.e., after) frontend public checkout appearance and the existing, established, unchanged, backend admin Woocommerce Settings Payments . . meaning the upgrade has, somehow and someway, overridden established settings / configuration(s) and arrived at the NEW (i.e., after upgrade to version 1.5.5) frontend public checkout appearance ~ images linked below.

Stuart :-}Thank you for your welcome indulgence and assist as we walked our way backwards and then forwards to resolve what is a configuration toggle that, so it seems, applies *exclusively* to the PayPal sandboxing API service. Our lack of care to fully appreciate the importance and value of that setting and it’s effect and affect upon our WooCommerce test orderings is the problem defined, humanly . We are grateful for your, off-public-forum, hand-holding throughout the revisitation to the entire developer / sandbox reality and fully acknowledge the obstacle is our satisfactory grasp of the PayPal sandboxing service configuration options, and we make deliberate mention that in no way is your PayPal plugin blameable . Altogether meaning you are not to blame ~ only we are . We have WooCommerce order tested successfully and repeatedly using your PayPal (Express Checkout service) plugin for WooCommerce, thank you, and since implemented our LIVE PayPal API and toggled ON the WooCommerce payment settings PayPal payment option for your plugin (and using only your quality PayPal plugin, of course) at our WooCommerce ecommerce domain . A better day indeed .
Thank you .
