The other post has the exact same name as this one. I thought that it would be helpful, but apparently it has caused confusion. It was last responded to by Kasia – WPMU DEV Support, 3 days and 21 hours ago. At this moment, it is listed right after mine on the post list.

“403 Forbidden could be because the Zazzle site blocking the BLC Crawler Further” in your response is exactly what I said. There’s another site with a large number of the same error message, so it is apparently common with affiliate links to certain sites.

I am using the Cloud Broken Link Checker, so apparently the ‘Link Tweaks’ do not apply here.

As shown in my first post, the link with some examples on my site is:

Scroll to the Society6 and Zazzle product displays and click on them. You will be taken to the product page OR an item out of stock or discontinued page on their site.

The reason I use Broken Link Checker is to identify broken product links. Apparently, I’ll have to accept the overkill because we can’t control the merchants’ servers rejecting a query.

PS: there are also 403, 503, 429. In my cloud broken link checker, when I click on these links, I either arrive at the product page OR find a miscellaneous out of stock page These are links from other merchants than the first two I listed.

Same problem here. Happening everywhere I display the feeds on my wordpress sites. Hope to hear back from @maureenpage

Where in functions.php should this code be inserted? Is there a specific spot where it goes?

I don’t want to add another plugin.

Perfect! Thank you so much. The conflicting plugin is Infolinks. But I installed the css plugin and the code as you advised and it’s beautiful again. ??

There’s nothing critical I wanted to accomplish with the images except have all the featured images that are on the front page be the same size (like the swimming girl picture).

Some of the images I used were product images and they are all different sizes, so that’s probably what’s causing the problem. I will gradually change the images to more interesting photographs from Commons or Pixabay. I think that will do the trick. Espcially that GIANT apron! LOL

I’m having this problem as well. I’m not even seeing a “Missed Schedule” message. Tried deactivating WP Super Cache, no help. Same with WP Database Manager.

I also tried changing the post back to draft and saving the post. Then trying to update to Published from Quick Edit on all posts page. Still no joy.
