If I have 2 custom posts only the first one is being filtered and data is fetched, but the second and 3rd any other cutom post data doesnt fetch

I updated the plugin to the latest version, yet it didnt work.
I’m using kadence theme, also test it on hello theme elementor.the thing is that in the custom post type the settings are not loading the categories and the tags. here are some screenshots.

Thank you for the reply, I don’t have any cashing plugin except the one came with the server (in must use plugins that I disabled)

The website is just started to be developped and this is the list of active plugins,
Yet the same issues no category badge for custom posts and no quering for category in custom posts.Just an info: it shows the categories and call the correct post type in settings but if you select to filter by any of the categories it just dispaly everything.
If the image is not clear please double click on it.
