@stev430 Sorry for the late reply, I was out for a month. I’m using the official Facebook for Woo.. because there’s nothing else with features bundled.. not because it’s the best.
Don’t hold your breath waiting for a reply. ?? Pixel Caffeine can be pronounced dead as a plugin.
Well, dead plugin, as expected. Moving on.
Also tried the solution from another thread:
Go into your Facebook account -> Settings -> Business integrations, find the app Pixel Caffeine and remove it (don’t worry, you won’t lose anything); Go in the admin of the plugin -> General Settings Open the “Advanced Box” box at the bottom of the page Scroll down and click into the button “Reset Facebook Connection” (again, you won’t lose anything) Make a new Facebook login and confirm all permissions
Did not work. I’m this close to giving up on the plugin.

>> Tried both New Catalog and Existing oneRight. I stretched your site thin and managed to get in touch by chat. Of course the dude had literally no idea what was happening, put me on hold 2 times. He managed to find out that somehow my IP address was raising a red flag somewhere and that’s why my account was instantly suspended.
I inquired my ISP about that and did my own research and the IP from which I had signed up, wasn’t reported for fraud or spam.
The guy from support told me I should now receive an e-mail from the compliance dept. (?) in 24h. I’ve not received anything of that sort and I doubt I will.
Utterly unprofessional.
A few final points:
– if you have a auto-ban system in place, make sure your database isn’t screwed up. I’ve never spammed and never did anything fraudulent so you flagging me as such is insulting even.
– when you do ban someone, you might want to tell them WHY you did it. You see, sometimes IT’S YOUR (or your system`s) fault and you’re leaving potential clients hanging.
– when you promise to look into something that’s CLEARLY YOUR FAULT, you better show some respect and do it.
– when you take action against someone, seeing that it might be your fault, you could at least update that damn page to show all the different methods of contacting you about the issue. I know you won’t believe this, but we aren’t all Americans and I ain’t gonna call an US number from Europe just to be put on hold.
Now go ahead and do what I think you’re going to do. Mark this as solved even if the mail didn’t come through and you did NOTHING to solve the issue.

Tried everything, it didn’t work. Way, way to many roadblocks with this plugin, just to test it out.
In any case, I was meaning to turn off the multisite thing and I just did it and now the plugin appears.
If you really wanna help others, you might wanna look into it as it didn’t show in the multisite installation.

Users will lose access to the parent pages through the menu. I told him that increasing the arrow size makes it move visible, I did that but he went ahead and “tested” the website on three 50+ year old and they “couldn’t manage to figure out how it works”.
I am very aware of how it sounds, but I cannot fight it. That’s why I’m looking for solutions. Afterall, it is not my website.

In reply to: Custom mobile menuWell, it’s already been done and they either didn’t reply or said if it’s not in the template it’s not a feature so no help there.
Looking for a custom solution for this, if there is one and I was thinking people around here had more experience with mobile menu customization and plugins that get you at least half way.
They don’t give a crap. Opened up a thread with similar issues and they just ignored it. ??
