nevermind: solved. It just takes a very long time for the result to show

Hi,

in the free version it says it’s possible to choose product from specific categories. But when I look for a category it says no categories found (the results could not be loaded). Is there a fix?

is there an easy way to add a column in mobile view? At the moment I only see 1 column on mobile and 4 on desktop. Would be great to have 2 columns on mobile.

In our woocommerce we have product categories like pre-order, lightweight, heavyweight, accesories,…

In Facebook store I created those categories as well and the right products used to be in the right category there as well…until recently.

I’m not entirely sure if I did this all manually in the past. Anyway now it’s gone. So I was looking into automatically categorizing them in Facebook store again, but can’t find a proper solution for this. Now my Facebook store categories are empty.

I hope this makes it a bit more clear ??
