It is licensed under GPL so feel free to do so! Good luck!@scotm
That is the limitation of the free version but if you understand php code and html you could always add additional unblock fields yourself. Just pay attention to the code patterns in private-community-for-bp.php@scotm
Did you enter the correct slug in the plugins unblock fields? It works on all 20 of my installs. Note: it has not been tested with multisite. Also note that its not intended to work on pages a generate a unique id like profile for instance. It works with members, activity, groups (not including sub pages of groups), forum (not including sub pages of forums), and other static pages you may have created. If your having trouble unblocking the types of pages I mentioned then I suggest doing some basic troubleshooting by deactivating all plugins other than BP, bbPress, and Private Community. Also try switching theme to Twenty Twelve, or bp-default. You may also want to check your bp-custom.php in case you have put some custom functions in there that may conflict.Forum: Plugins

Let me know if after the basic troubleshooting if you still are having issues, and please provide as much detail on your install as possible including WP BP versions, theme, and plugins. Thanks!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Private Community For BP Lite] Issue with FireFox and IEHave you tried disabling all plugins other than BuddyPress, bbPress, Private Community? It could also be a theme issue. Maybe some custom functions in your themes functions.php or in bp-custom.php
The only way I can replicate the issue is if the redirect slug is not been defined properly in Private Communities settings. Also have you tried changing your permalinks settings to /%postname%/ ? I have around 20 installs of BP, bbpress, and Private Community and it works on them all unless I do not define the redirect properly.Forum: Plugins

You probably have not set the redirect slug properly. You need to go to the page and get the slug. Go to the dashboard/pages and select the page that is your register page. Then at the top right of that page select “Screen Options” click the box that says “Slug” then scroll down towards the bottom of the page and you will see the slug you need to enter in Private Communities redirect setting. In some instances some folks register slug may be register-2, or they may have changed it to sign-up. It will not redirect properly unless it has the correct slug defined.Forum: Reviews

Thanks again @shirleyl for the workarounds!
Hi @shirleyl
I am working on adding more options for the next update. I am glad you found a workaround to suit your individual needs. I am sure others will find your workaround useful as well. Thanks for sharing and for the feedback.Forum: Plugins

I took care of it. The slug was just forum instead of forums/forum/forum
Hope that fixes your issue!Forum: Plugins

Would you mind granting me temporary admin access so I can check it out?
Create a temporary username and password with admin privileges.
Don’t post username or password here please. I will see what the issue is.Forum: Plugins

I am guessing blogs is the whole category for your blog posts. It wont unblock the blogs category but I am releasing a premium version for that that will in maybe in the next day or two. You can unblock a single post though (See the FAQ) you will need to enter the slug of the post or ID. To unblock that forum you would just enter forums/forum/forum/ into one of the unlock fields. It pulls the rest of the url dynamically so that is all you would enter.Forum: Plugins

That is not the same issue the others are having. Maybe you did not enter the slug or id correctly for the post/page. You also have to save it. Read the FAQ. Also if you have plugins installed other than BuddyPress and bbPress I recommend you deactivate them then try to unblock your pages. Then reactivate the other plugins individually to see if one of the other plugins is conflicting. This is basic troubleshooting procedures. Please let me know how it turns out.
