We are still having this issue. Everything is up to date. Disabled and re-enabled the plugin, the payment method.

Apple Pay is activated in Mollie interface, activated in WooCommerce settings, and ‘enabled’ on the detailed ApplePay page within the WooCommerce Mollie settings.

Is there still a known general issue or is something wrong on our end?

I can’t recall putting that setting on Legacy though, weird! And great troubleshooting. Keep it up!

Hi Paul!

I am using Insert Pages on the ‘Product Description’.
So that I can use the same content for different products, and be able to update said content without having to go change every separate product.

Hoping to find a resolution soon,
so we can keep using Insert Pages and Facebook Sync at the same time!

After already 2,5hours of trying and debugging, I may have found the culprit!

Desactivating “Insert Pages: by Paul Ryan – 3.7.0” plugin brought back my Product Data editor.
However, I have been using that plugin for over 2 years now without any issues, so the problem has to lay with an update somewhere. WooCommerce, Facebook plugin or Insert Pages…

Looking at my activity log, Facebook plugin and WooCommerce Admin have been updated 4 days ago.

Help:
Should I see if Insert Pages can fix this? I think the error lies with the Facebook plugin (because when ‘not synced’ but plugin activated, all works well), but do correct me if I am wrong.

I figured it out; it appeared to be a SliderRevolution setting:

Decrease Module Height
by Container: -
by Px or % : 0px #was 60px for some reason, maybe the bottom mobile nav. bar.

This can be found in the “Module General Options” -> Layout-> Decrease Module Height.

Additionally, it would be interesting to learn more about how I could use the SliderRevoltion ONLY as homepage, without the StoreFront template loading in the background, with the cart and all.
Now, SR is just like an ‘overlay’ over the template, which is sometimes visible before the slider is fully loaded.

I thought about making an empty html homepage, but not sure how to use that in the WordPress environment with the ‘pages’ etc.

I did follow instructions there and posted the code in ‘Custom CSS & JS’ (similar to Code Snippets) –and I also added the code in the child functions.php.. which did not work either.
Just to be sure, I installed Code Snippets, added the ‘delete all’ snippet (https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce-delete-or-reset-all-facebook-products/ ), which has not done anything.

What else can I try?

Should I try deleting the ‘DO NOT DELETE’ catalog source?

Thanks, the printout is interesting! Luckily we recently launched so it’s still readable!

There seem to be orders/order IDs in that list that I can’t find either in the orderlist, on dates that no orders were placed.
BUT: I just found that the date I did a partial refund via the Mollie (familiar?) integration, is the date that no orders were placed but does have an order ID and invoice number. Coincidence?

Any other logic explanation you can think of? Plugin interference? (never used other invoicing plugins)
Could it be there is an order in the database but not visible in the backend (WooCommerce dashboard)?
