Ik ben blij dat we het zo snel via de mail hebben kunnen oplossen. Gelukkig was het maar een kleinigheidje waarbij het juiste veld “Ervaring:” niet beschikbaar was. Na het legen van de transients werd deze weer zichtbaar.

Normaal gesproken zou je de “ervaringen” moeten kunnen selecteren in de plugin. Helaas is het zo dat de XML-feed niet echt gestandaardiseerd is en we merken dat er wel vaker verschillen in zitten.

Kan je per mail contact met mij opnemen zodat we kunnen kijken waar de problemen zitten? Het mailadres vind je aan de rechterkant bij de plugin-instellingen.

Hoi Tom,

Dit is iets dat inderdaad bij Klantenvertellen ligt.
Heel af en toe is daar de connectie niet up-to-date.
Wij kunnen daar ook niets aan doen.

Om de problemen hiervan te beperken slaan we alle reviews op in een tijdelijke cache (de WordPress transients), maar heel af en toe slipt er toch een melding tussendoor. Dat heeft net te maken het met het opslaan en het verwerken van de transients.

Wij kunnen helaas echt geen problemen ontdekken.
Dat wil niet zeggen dat ze er niet zijn natuurlijk!

Zou je via e-mail contact op kunnen nemen met mij? Het e-mailadres vind je naast de plugin-instellingen. Ik heb je proberen te bellen, maar helaas ben je niet telefonisch bereikbaar.

Samen gaan we er dan voor zorgen dat het probleem zo snel mogelijk opgelost is.

Voor zover bekend zijn er geen problemen met deze functionaliteit.

Kan je me een mail sturen via het e-mailadres vermeld in de plug-in? We kijken dan samen waar dit probleem kan zitten.

Sorry for the confusion.

Unfortunately we are not aware of the DYMO Stamps software.
It probably uses the same drivers as the browser and therefore will break this functionality.

As we do not use this kind of software we can not test it.
However you could try the following sample of DYMO which uses the same library as our plugin.

If this sample works with DYMO Stamps the problem is inside our plugin and we might can solve this issue.

If this sample also doesn’t work the problem is with DYMO and we cannot solve it.

Helaas kan ik je dan ook niet verder helpen.

We proberen alle klanten altijd zo goed als mogelijk te helpen, maar het betreft een gratis plugin. Iedere website (configuratie) is anders en daardoor kan het zijn dat bepaalde plugins conflicten geven met elkaar. Dit is helaas niet te voorkomen, maar wel op te lossen als we meer inzicht krijgen in de configuratie.

Wanneer je alsnog besluit om onze support-staff van meer informatie te voorzien en de mogelijkheid te geven om je website te debuggen is dit probleem wellicht snel opgelost.

Tot die tijd wens ik je natuurlijk veel succes met je website en wellicht is een andere plugin een betere oplossing voor jouw configuratie.

WooCommerce DYMO Print only works with DYMO Label Software. You are not able to purchase stamps with this plugin.
After install you are able to print the shipping address.

If you need a stamp you can purchase this at your stamp provider or shipping company.

Erg vreemd, want normaal gesproken zou in zo’n geval de reviews al uit een lokaal bestand (transients) gehaald moeten worden.

Ik wil toch even kijken of we dit samen kunnen oplossen en verbeteren. Is het mogelijk dat je mij via mail een tijdelijk inlog account stuurt van de betreffende website?

This plugin is working correctly, however only with the older DYMO Label Software.
We’re currently working on a new release, which is completely rewritten for DYMO Label Software version 8.7.2. and higher.

We expect to release this new version within one week.
