This plugin doesn’t seem to work with images that are loaded as a background image. @ravipatel Elementor has a free version that will allow you to test this problem.

@hristo-sg Does that mean your team has stopped working on a defer and critical css solution?

I’m having the same issue.

Edit: Issue came from the shortcode.
[Sassy_Social_Share] provides one instance.
[Sassy_Social_Share type=”floating”] causes a duplicate floating instance.

    display: flex;
    justify-content: center;
}

You will need to test responsiveness and you can change the justify-content to get the positioning you want.

@optimizingmatters It would be helpful for those of us who’ve already spent days searching for you to take a couple of minutes to make a more comprehensive response on preloading LCP images.

Have you tried disabling individual features and seeing if your speeds improve?

@frengo70 Can you share how you resolved it? I have the same issue with my dashboard saying I have 15 non-webP images but when I click the generate missing webP versions, I get a response saying “all optimized images already have webP versions”.

This is probably the quickest a thread has been solved. Right after I posted this, I found someone had targeted #site-header and set it to display: none instead of targeting only the coming-soon page. It’s interesting that it hides the elementor editor display also, I wouldn’t have expected that.

@apprimit I apologize, for some reason my email notifications did not come through until all at once. My site is Diy Crusader . To reiterate, it is the speed of the slides when they are moving that I need to change. The slider is on the home page.
