i got a reply from the author:
dear naim, there is no way to avoid caching of footer or header. A cache plugin can only intercept the final page and cache that.
single.php IS the complete page to show a single post. There is no way to cache single.php. More if with “caching single php” you mean caching the content of the post, it is not useful, because generating the content is a relatively cheap task for wordpress, it’s the initialization process and the generation of sidebar that will take time.
Clearly it depends on the complexity of your sidebar.
Why you need to not cache the sidebar or the header or the footer? Try to explain me better, may be there is a solution!
