In reply to: Cannot restore database after moving to BluehostActually, don’t worry about replying — I just realised you did so in another thread, and on your website. The trick, for those who have stumbled here, is splitting your sql file up into parts, until each is small enough to work by itself. I note in passing that when moving to a new server it is essential to re-run your permalink settings in your options.
Cheers,
Brad.

Is there any chance you could post the solution here? I am currently having the same problem.
Cheers,

In reply to: Can’t Login AFTER its been running fineJust to add to the chorus, I have had the same problem, and ended up reverting to the original configuration (no parallel directories), and I agree with everyone else here:
1. It’s a pretty important thing to have your weblog appear in the root directory of your site.
2. It’s also pretty important for the files running the blog to NOT be in the root directory of your site.
3. This should be a one-click operation from the admin screens, not an arcane hack.
I for one would like to see the fix happen soon, before search engines find my site only for it to be moved…

In reply to: Texturize Quote-replacement BugI’ve added the first hack above but am still getting problems for particular cases, for example here, where the quotes are around an anchor. Do any of the alternative text formatters handle quotations properly?
