Thanks Steve. I looked at the instructions in the link you sent. I’m a wordpress numpty so it didn’t mean much to me to be honest.

When you say hacked, would that be why our normal passwords didn’t work? Can I trace where the hackers are/what they are doing with the site? If it is compromised would I be better off going somewhere else?

Wow! Vitriolic attack from someone who presumably has an easier time interacting with dogs than with people. I’m trying the plugin with the understanding (because I read the description) that only text is displayed. If I think I need more I’ll find another plugin or pay the fee – simple equation dude.
