Yes, sorry about this. The next version of the plugin will have a short code. Unfortunately I’m not sure when I will have time to put another version out there.

When editing the page, switch to the ‘HTML’ tab first, then paste it in. I will update the plugin to work when pasted into either HTML or Visual mode.

I released version 0.2 of LinkedIn hResume yesterday. It should fix the issues mentioned in this thread. Let me know if you still experience problems.

Hi there, in case you’re still looking, I just posted about my experience migrating from Typo3 to WordPress MU. I’ve included the plugin I wrote as well. However, it is only the first step, it does not migrate comments or users.

I just tried activating Popularity Contest 1.3b3 in WP 2.6.2 and received a fatal error as well. I managed to trace the errors and fix the problems.

Replace line 59 with these two lines:
$path = realpath(dirname(__FILE__) . ‘/../..’);
require($path . ‘/wp-blog-header.php’);

Replace line 1528 with:
if (isset($_GET[‘action’]) && $_GET[‘action’] == ‘activate’) {

Version 1.9 contains the fixes in this thread. Thanks to happygiraffe for submitting your fixes and everyone else for testing and confirming them.

Oh yea, I see that too. WordPress’ roles and privileges system has undergone a lot of revamping since the last time this plugin was updated. I’ll see if I can figure it out and fix it up. I’ll also add a couple more options that I’ve been needing.
