I have followed the all the steps in the below link.

But still getting same. And one more thing, when I click the language icon which is provided by the WPML, it is returning the URL like “https://mywebsite/user/?lang=enanora/”. But it is wrong URL. Correct URL is “https://mywebsite/user/anora/?lang=en”
