I wouldn’t have thought that would have anything to do with the plugin but it did! Changed to Sunday and now the calendar shows Sunday through Saturday instead of Monday through Sunday.

Hello and thanks for the reply. I am using a couple of pro addons that were purchased by the client a while back but I have disabled those on the site to show that they are not the cause of the issue and are not what I am asking for help with. Hopefully that will help me get some answers here but if not, I completely understand.

With those disabled the issue still persists with the free version of MEC and Elementor Pro. When I disable Elementor Pro the countdown time works, when I enable it, it does not.

Jordy, thanks for the advice. I tried emptying the trash and that broke my site so I had to restore from a backup to get everything back to normal. I then chose the option to delete the Media Cleaner DB and rescan and that seemed to resolve the issue. Now I have Issues(3115) | Ignored(0) | Trash(0)

I have never installed it before, this is the first time that I have attempted image cleanup like this. And like I said, the files are showing up in both the issues tab and the trash tab. As you can see they are not exactly the same since the numbers are a little different but most of them are the same. So what should I do now?

Ahh thanks for that tip! I did not build this out so I am not sure why someone left the Title out. Just had to go in and check the box for the title, and that allowed us to save it correctly.

It should be obvious to you that something is wrong if your trial didn’t work, and neither did your premium version and that you are the ones that are unwilling to stand behind your product. You never tried to start troubleshooting you just continually defaulted to blaming me for not being willing to help and said you would look in to it if I wanted but I don’t want to.

How would you feel if you installed a trial of a product that advertised it let you try all the features and it didn’t let you try all the features like it said it would, then you purchased the full version just so you could unlock the feature you were hoping to try and to have it not work. It’s super frustrating, which is why I asked you to revoke my license and provide a refund. I didn’t ask if I could continue using the license and get a refund, I asked for you to shut the license down and issue the refund, we are over it and want nothing to do with your plugin. Seems like if you really wanted to take care of the customer and provide excellent customer service you wouldn’t put the customer through the process of trying to troubleshoot after they have already had such a frustrating experience with your product… seems like common sense customer service to me.

Not true. I gave you 100% of all of the details of the issues that I experienced and you just keep sending me on a runaround. You stated it perfectly in your comment above: “As a technical person I am sure that you understand that even though we thoroughly test our plugin, there are no guarantees that the plugin will work in every possible WordPress setup.” – It didn’t work so that should warrant a refund.

I am having the same problem. I tried disabling all other plugins to see if there was a conflict and still have the same issue. I actually have this plugin installed on multiple sites and they are all having the same issue.

Thank you so much for the help! I was able to customize the template I was using very easily, along with some css, to get the event listings looking exactly like I needed them to look. Thanks for making a great plugin and for making these minor customizations so easy!

Perfect! Thanks for the help, Remy. Looks like it was a matter of wrong case, I had all the letters and numbers right but not the case of some of the letters.
