I inspected the URL you linked to the thread and it looks like you’ve already resolved this issue with the “Animated Full Screen” plugin.

I think a plugin method such as the Animated Full Screen plugin is a simple and easy way to extend the functionality of your header menu.

Hi, thanks so much for reaching out. From what you’ve described I think Post and Page builder could be clashing with one of your other installed plugins. Be sure you do not have any other page builder plugins activated along with Post and Page builder as it could cause some issues.

You should try deactivating all plugins except for Post and Page Builder then activate the others one by one until the issue presents itself in order to isolate the issue.

Also make sure that WordPress core as well as your Post and Page Builder plugin are both up to date.

Hi thanks for reaching out. I just tried loading your page on my end and I didn’t see any content change just the normal page load procedure. The shift in elements you see may just be the initial load.

Try clearing any cache associated with your website just so we can be sure your page is not trying to pre-load any cached content.

Sorry you’re having trouble with your mobile header layout. I think what you should do in this case is create a custom page header using Crio’s Page Header builder then use a plugin like ShiftNav Responsive Mobile Menu to style your header and set the structure.

Thanks for your question. Did you get this error message after attempting to download a backup? It looks like its making a call to a file that no longer located on the server. You can try finding and deleting that file inside of your cPanel.

Try running a full backup from your Dashboard instead of a partial to see it completes. You can just select the backup now option and make sure all Backup all files and Backup all tables are selected then click Backup now.
