In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Script broken in headerHi @creativeslice,
Thank you for reaching out and providing feedback, I want to apologize for this issue appearing on your site.
I’ve alerted our engineering team and they’re looking into this as we speak. Are you able to provide your website so that we can take a deeper into this problem?
We have every intention of getting this issue fixed right able, but in the meantime if you still would like to use our plugin, we’ve included the ability to “Disable All Features”. This allows you to revert the plugin back to the feature from version 1.0, which doesn’t include any ShareThis code. You can find that option in the settings.
If you have any other questions please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected], otherwise I’ll be sure to get back to you as soon as possible.

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Just one thingHi @lukasishere,
Thanks for reaching out and providing awesome feedback!
At times the Google Analytics data can take a few minutes to accumulate which is the reason for this message showing. Can you confirm if you’re still having this issue? Also, we haven’t heard of an issue with our data not being tracked, can you provide your domain name so we can investigate this further?
If you have any other questions, feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].
Thanks and hope to help soon!

Hi all,
Thank you so much for reaching out about this issue.
We have implemented a new fix for the authentication issue and a better way to send debug information to the developer team in the latest version.Feel free to download and install our latest beta update here:
https://cl.ly/jLnNOnce installed, if you can confirm that the authentication issue is fix that would be amazing! If the fix does not work please click on our new “Send Debugging Info” tab which will email us support details that will allow us to replicate the issue easier on our end.
Here is a screenshot of where the button is located :
https://cl.ly/jMLPWe like to offer our gratitude for everyone that has helped us over the weeks in reporting on these issues. Most importantly thank you for your patience and we hope to continue to provide an amazing Google Analytics plugin to our users!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] i.sharethis.js hangs-up load timeHi @goodyis,
Thanks so much for this feedback and really appreciate the screenshots.
Can you provide the URLs to all your domains so I can have our developer team replicate the issue you’re seeing? Thanks again!
BrandonHi @brhpsycho,
Thanks for reaching out, I’m sorry you’re seeing this on your end.
The GA plugin is compatible with https so I’m not quite sure why it isn’t showing up. Can you try deactivating the plugin and then reactivating to see if the data will reload? Thanks and please let me know of your findings!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Plugin does not go awayHi @ilesyt,
Thanks for reaching out, apologies if you’re seeing this issue.
Upon deactivating and uninstalling our plugin you should not see any part of our code any longer. Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end?Additionally, can you try deactivating the other plugin you’ve installed to cross reference if it’s coming from our end? If you can provide the other plugin you’re using, I’d be happy to debug on my end as well!
Thanks,

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Does Nit WorkHi @braniganslaw,
Thanks for reaching out and leaving feedback, apologies that you’re having issues with the plugin. Is there any chance you can provide more details on how the plugin stopped working?
To help us expedite this process, can you let us know if you’re on the latest version of WordPress (Version 4.7), in addition if you can access your console log and let us know what errors are showing that would be extremely helpful!
?
To access your console log you can right click and press ‘Inspect’ then click into the [Console] tab, as seen here: https://cl.ly/iVbHThanks and hope to win you back as an avid user!
Hi @mhimel, @bamconsulting, @joelwroberts and @ephraimm,
Thank you so much for reaching out and reporting on this issue!
A problem with Google Oauth2 authentication process usually shows up when you put wrong code (from Google sign in) or an issue with the Google Account. We’d love to live test this with anyone via screen share in Google hangout. If you can write into our support at: [email protected]
And let us know what time works best for you, I’m sure we’ll be able to get to the bottom of this!
Thanks again and looking forward to hear from you guys!
