In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Temporary Connection IssuesHi @mataleo & @lightwing,
Thank you for reaching out, I’d be happy to clarify here.
I can confirm that we recently received an acceptance by Google to lift the limit on our API calls. This should help to resolve the current temporary connection issue you’re seeing now.If you happen to still see it, please let us know so we can go in and debug on our end.
Thank you for your patience and hope to continue to provide awesome support!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] disregard this commentHi @radgh,
Thanks for reaching out and apologies if you’re having some issues, I’d be happy to clear up the confusion here.
GADWP is a separate plugin from us, the plugin you mentioned is: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/google-analytics-dashboard-for-wp/
We are Google Analytics for WordPress: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/googleanalytics/
In terms of getting your authentication setup for analytics, it seems that the problems you mentioned are related to having your adblocker enabled. If you can disable the adblocker you’ll be able to see the pop up windows needed in order to authenticate properly.
If you have any other questions please let us know, we’d be happy to help clear any other confusion you may have!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Temporary Connection IssuesHi @mernion,
Thanks for getting back to us! We’re in the process of fixing this issue, but you should be able to see your dashboard soon. With all our users updating to the latest version we are seeing an abnormally large request on our end for the first few hours.
The requests should subside and we’ve also reached out to our Google representative to increase the quota as well.
If you continue to see a connection issue please do let us know!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Great pluginHi @maxpultz,
Thanks so much for the positive review, we’re glad to hear that you’re enjoying all the new features. We hope to continue to improve our plugin, if you have any other feedback or feature requests, please let us know ??
Thanks again!
Hi @colohost,
Thanks for reaching out and providing feedback. I had a chance to review your feedback with our developer team but they were not able to replicate any of the issues you had mentioned. The unsafe script notice is not related to Google Analytics plugin, usually Chrome shows it if you have mixed secure content on the page (http/https), sometimes even inside Google’s own Gmail it can show up.
If you can email us screenshots of what you’re seeing that would be awesome and we can get to the bottom of this!
In addition, we also recommend checking out our beta version for an updated Google Analytics for WordPress. We believe this could help fix the problem you’re currently experiencing.

Please do get back to us, we wish to help you immediately! Also if you would like our direct support line, please feel free to email us here: [email protected]

Hi @samvw,
Thanks for leaving us feedback, we appreciate the comments and hope to improve on some of the things you’ve mentioned.
If you’re interested in just adding Google’s tracking code to each page, we do offer that option (you do not need to accept terms) under ‘Manually Enter Tracking Code’. We have an article on doing so here: https://googleanalytics.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001662068-How-to-manually-add-UA-Tracking-code
Please note that we do require the acceptance of terms in order to receive new updated features, such as the dashboard.
We have plans for adding awesome features moving forward, but we also understand that there are some users that love the simplicity of the plugin.
In our next version, I can confirm that we are releasing an option to ‘Disable All Features’ so that those who like how simple the plugin was previously, can continue to use it as so ??
If you have any other questions please let us know!

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Previous ArticlesHi @calicogroup,
Thanks for reaching out, I’d be happy to clarify here!
Once you accept terms and agreements, all pages will be encoded with Google Analytics tracking code. In addition all pages created at a later date will also have the tracking code implemented as well.Hope this helps to clarify!

In reply to: [ShareThis: Free Sharing Buttons and Tools] not SSL callHi @khahina,
Thanks for reaching out, I’d be happy to help!
It looks like you’ve found the article I was going to refer you to!
If you’re using WordPress, we actually have an implementation that can select the use of HTTPs which automatically changes out the code throughout your whole website. Here’s a screenshot: https://cl.ly/itDFAll that is required is you clicking the https option.

In reply to: [ShareThis Dashboard for Google Analytics] Authentication problemHi Palik,
Thank you for reaching out and letting us know.
Disabling adblock is one of the common issues that we’re having. We might have to put a side note in the settings to remind people to turn the notifications on.If you happen to run into the errors again, feel free to take a screenshot and send it to us. We’d be happy to investigate!
Brandon
Hi @clearfickle & @crosstantine,
Thanks for reaching out and providing great screenshots.
We’re still not able to replicate this issue you’re having.
Is there any way for either of you to send us over an admin login so I can have our developer team to debug further? If so, please email us at: [email protected] and if you can just refer to this article that would be great.
