In reply to: [Client Dash] Works a treatThanks for the rating @cmsi! The main reason we’ve not been able to release an update for the plugin in a little bit is because the latest version is a really, really big deal. We’re talking a pretty significant change with amazing new features and easier interface. It has been a lot of work but is getting close to complete.

In reply to: [Client Dash] Easy to use, works great as long there are no plugin conflictsThanks for sharing this @marcvill! We will absolutely be looking into this conflict ASAP!

In reply to: [Redirects] Abandoned@sporkme thanks for taking the time to share this. I’ll be working on a fix for this problem soon.
@anikasara I’ve answered your support ticket that you just submitted. To reiterate: We’ve identified that this is a PayPal issue and is affecting users of other platforms besides Easy Digital Downloads as well.
@anikasara could you possibly allow me temporary admin access and permission to do some troubleshooting? Please visit easydigitaldownloads.com/support then open a ticket and share your credentials if you are ok with me investigating. If you have a staging site that would be extremely helpful.
Also, please continue testing as we’ve had another report in which the problem seemed to resolve itself so this may be a temporary PayPal issue.
Can you tell me which other plugins you do have active now? Could you please temporarily deactivate them and test again? I can replicate on your site but not on another so we need to pinpoint what on your site is preventing the cart item from being sent to PayPal. Thanks!
Couple quick questions:
1. Does this problem occur every single time?
2. Could I have a link to the site where I could walk through the steps myself?
3. Have you attempted this process with no other plugins active and any caching disabled?Thanks!

In reply to: [Worserify] I’m so disappointed in Worserify’s ability to worsen my site.Steve,
Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. There’s a possibility your site could be experiencing a depressive algorithmic arpeggiated cache buffer. What I need you to do is install Jetpack. Then uninstall Jetpack immediately. Then flush your vagrant permalinks, rebuild your PPC campaign from scratch and publish a 4,326 word post about Hugh Grant’s favorite visit to Nepal. Then delete your site. Use Expression Engine combined with PHPNuke to construct a new app on a custom AWS instance.
If you’ve followed these instructions carefully, you might be able to reinstate your desired functionality and site betterness level, while also mitigating any risk of transient loop perpetuation. Please let me know how things work out.

In reply to: [Show Content Only] Rendered ContentThis sounds like it might just be a question for Visual Composer. Though you might try using
do_shortcode()
as well.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Show Content Only] Rendered ContentCan you clarify what you mean when you say it does not work? Also, have you tried just using
the_content()
instead of those three lines? This function should do all of that for you.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Show Content Only] Rendered ContentThanks for asking @mnby. At this time we don’t officially support that use case. Possibly in the future though!
@anoopranawat thanks for reporting this. I’ve just done some testing and am unable to reproduce what you described. The date filter works as intended on my end on three different test sites. Could you possibly provide screenshots, active plugins and the URL of the page you are on after selecting the date filter?
Thanks for clarifying. I just tested and confirmed that the widget will work if you wrap it in an element with the
widget_edd_cart_widget
class. A<span>
or a<div>
will work fine. You could even just add that class to the<div>
you’re using as thebefore_widget
tag. Can you try that?Can you describe to me how you included that widget in the header? Is that a feature of the Gridsby theme? Or did you insert it somehow?
@munyagu I just took a quick look and when I added a download to the cart, the AJAX worked for both the cart widget in the header and in the sidebar. Have you changed something that made this work or am I missing the problem?
