Hi, I have the same issue. Multiples sites (with Woocommerce) in the same One.com was working fine until the last version. Now, when I update the settings the rules displaying without selected.

I found the solution.

The problem exist when I use a Custom post type but I choose don’t support the Editor.

If I don’t need to use the Editor, a solution is support Editor but hide this using css in functions.php
