As you can see, it shows 43 subscribers in our plan, despite having imported a list with 121 unique users multiple times.

When imported, it shows the users. Immediately after we send an e-mail, the list drops back to 43.

I do see that there is a 404 that occurs during processing:

load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery…:4 POST https://*MYSITE*.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?import_page=product_reviews_csv&step=3&merge=0 404 (Not Found)

It appears that the product_reviews_csv “page” isn’t being loaded.

Any ideas?

I’m experiencing the exact same issue. Do you need to install another plugin in order for this to work?

Just spins indefinitely when I try to import a really basic CSV.

Need to copy reviews from one product to another (duplicate product).
