It was empty when I submitted the ticket, so sounds like the synchronisation must’ve occurred between me submitting and you checking the system. Thank you for the manual reload, it’s much appreciated!
The setting is actually on, but I’m assuming because it had no entries in the items list it refused to show. I can see that now the list is populating, indeed the related posts segment now appears on the website.
