Are there any companies that offer services to fix this problem by accessing my FTP details?

It’s a real mess in my FTP now.

I believe my hosting service has tried to fix it, but now we have several additional folders (httpsdocs, httpdocs_back, httpdocs_bak)) in the FTP.

Thanks Esmi, my only little trouble is I have to use Plesk instead of the simple CPanel because of the host we’re with. This version of Plesk (9.x) doesn’t allow extraction of zip files.

Just to follow up. Now I’ve deleted the template and have gone back to trusty old Twenty Eleven, but I still get this blue tint!

I was using SpiderWeb Press’ AA Starter Theme with The Website Weaver plugin thing for my theme.

I didn’t switch back to the default theme before upgrading to 3.3 unfortunately.

Could someone please help!
