To add on a bit to this question, if there is no combined view. in case i have 10 employee and want to close the shop for a special day (or certain hour for a special day) i need to block it 10 times in each of their calendar. Will google calendar sync tackle this in the way that i can block this period on my shop’s google calendar so no one can book the any appolintment with any of this 10 employee? Thanks!

i have tried the setting you suggested. However the issues are
1. sometimes the customer does not receive the notification email
2. sometimes the admin email does not receive the notification email.
after awhile the issue gone.. i will continue monitoring it. Thank you!

Also, some times, customer received only 1 email (content is actually the one supposed to send to admin). While website admin didn’t receive anything.

I locate in Singapore (no day light saving), but whenever a new appointment received, in email content the time is correct for example 9am-10am, the ical attachment is one hour earlier 8am-9am.

I have set
observing daylight saving = no
daylight saving timezone = any (since there is no approprate choice, i.e. Singapore, i tried all and all of them doesn’t work)

You can try just make an appointment and check your email ical attachment to see the issue.

Hence i came accross this post, I would like to know where can i find this “time zone for the original time-slots”? Is it still available in current version? How can I fix the issue?
