In reply to: [SocketLabs] The conflict with Ultimate Member plugin.
I was on 2.0.5 during the month this happened and now on version 2.0.7 after an update today.
This problem has persisted through the major 2.X.X update.
So I’ve been having the disconnect problem over the last few weeks.
My client called me saying her customers couldn’t pay by card. from her site.
Square plugin had disconnected again – this has happened maybe 4 times this month?
I had updated the plugin to the version that this forum had suggested fixed the problem, though evidently it hasn’t.The log entry after I have disconnected and reconnected today is:
“11-22-2019 @ 13:34:34 – Access token successfully received.
11-22-2019 @ 13:34:34 – Refresh token successfully received.
11-22-2019 @ 13:34:35 – Disconnected due to invalid authorization. Please try connecting again.
