Error Message

My contact form is saying 1 configuration error…and it seems like the error is coming from the Mail tab (From section). It says “This email address does not belong to the same domain as the site.” There isn’t an email address listed…just [your-name] and <[your-email]>, as that is the information I want it to show when emailing me. Is this a glitch or did I do something wrong?
