In reply to: BinaryChick – a blog of my poetryWhat you could do is, have it start then have a : “Read More….” link. Then the page it goes to is just a plain page without anything else on it.
Kind of like this https://r-r-racing.com/blogs/?page_id=66 except I left my links on the right. Just a thought.

In reply to: my site, a work in progressI like the nice clean look. Like I said I just have a thing about scrolling sideways. I like the little turntable at the bottom too. I will have to see if I can make me one. I have different pictures I need to go on it.

In reply to: my site, a work in progressI think it looks great. You might want to do something with the fixed width though. Not many people have wide screens and most run 1024 x 768 and at that setting it won’t fit on the screen, you have to scroll sideways.
Also I am not a big fan of all the ads. I think you will find you won’t make anything off of them and the just clutter your site.
But that’s just my opinion. I’m sure others will disagree so take it for what it’s worth.

In reply to: MotoGP ReportIf you ask me the big flashy ad clutters it up pretty good. Why do people put ad’s on their site. What are you making off of it $1.00 a week. Get rid of it and your site would be much better.

In reply to: Something’s wrong when I published from Word 2007I was told today like I was stupid and any idiot knows that it won’t work with Word. But later I was told the easy way to do it is do it in Word then paste into notepad then copy and paste to your blog. Something about it doesn’t like Words code. Or save as text then paste.

In reply to: Revursing Post orderThe way I did it was edit the date or time on the right side of the page. In Manage posts on the right side in the middle.

In reply to: Changing the header image? All I want is to change the image at the top of the default page. I have looked at and loaded 6 themes and none are any easier to change that I can see. I have my image there but it just shows behind the old image. How do I make the old one just go away.

In reply to: Changing the header image? What are the themes that will show the options button and let you edit them? I have downloaded 5 and you can’t change the headers. Do I have to make my own?
