unfortunately time to move on from this dumpster fire
Nope, there’s half a dozen paid solutions that look pretty good.
Our local MLS has WP plugin which fortunately is close enough to what this used to do.Yep, treat you customers like #@%# and you won’t survive.
I think, unless you can code, it won’t be fixed.
Unfortunate.
Same, not sure what’s going on and they don’t answer anymore
I use the agents add-on. Never seen the wiki as I can remember.
I created a page for each agent.
There are short codes you can use on the agent page to show their listings. Those short codes are either in the wiki or somewhere else.
If you can’t fine, I’ll look up what I have.IDK.
I just looked at my last support post. 2 months ago.
Zero response.
I paid for this and got kicked to the curb.yes, this is confusing…free…open source, but you have to “buy” it on a regular basis.
I’m using Madison theme (for the same reason…).
For me, the last selection under Appearance is Theme License.
This is where it goes in Madison. YMMV.I’ve essentially given up. I have tried for many years to use this plugin. You need a community for community support, and no community has ever been built. Customizing is painful.
I have paid for them to do setup a few times. The last setup pulled all images in just larger than thumbnail size. After completion, I was told the MLS wasn’t compatible…even though I was told otherwise.
I didn’t like when they went to everything being free, pay for service.
Made it where those of us that DID pay earlier were treated like we never paid.
Sad.
Sad.
Now to deal with my angry clients some more.BTW @ideric , I didn’t start using this product as an open source product…I paid for it…you went the open source route.
Just ran importer, 4 days later manually, and 1 new residential property…something is wrong.
Oh, well my client will be thrilled they spent the money to have you set this setup.
Wouldn’t confirming the import does more than bring in thumbnail-ish sized images be something one might look at?
I’m aware of the rets.ci service, my client does not want to pay that fee on top of their MLS fee.
This is the whole email response I got from them:
If you are having difficulty accessing high-resolution photos, the most likely explanation is that the RETS requests are being made for direct downloads rather than for photo URLs. If a RETS GetObject request includes the parameter Location=0 or doesn’t include that Location parameter at all, it will return photo files directly, with a maximum size of 300×225. If the request includes Location=1, it will return photo URLs instead, with size matching the original photos placed in Flexmls.A full http request would look like:
https://retsgw.flexmls.com/rets2_3/GetObject?Type=HiRes&Resource=Property&ID=1234567:*&Location=1the cron is lower on my list of concerns…
I emailed this to you last week, but the MLS provider says as the pull is set, it is only getting teh 300×225 images. In order to get the full size images, the full http request would look like:
https://retsgw.flexmls.com/rets2_3/GetObject?Type=HiRes&Resource=Property&ID=1234567:*&Location=1
Location=1 is the key item here for images. How would this get included?
any update? I really need to run the import, maybe we’ll see the image sizes are fine.
I’m waiting to run them manually until I hear from you.I also just discovered the cron isn’t running.
I’m tempted to manually run the import, but I’ll wait on your feedback.
