Let me be a little clearer:
1-I use a different keyword for each post;
2-Wordpress and Yoast are always up to date;
3-It’s not from today, it’s been going on for over a year.
4- Whether it’s a new post or a post I’m trying to modify, the same phase appears.

Another precision: when I click on the link of the post which is supposed to have the same keyword, I find myself on the post in course of edition. So, Yoast tells me that the keyword has already been used on the post I’m writing, not on a different post.

I have exactly the same problem. Can you tell me how you reactivate your plugins without having access to wp-admin?
I have disabled the plugin prior to the update because I wanted to avoid this problem. But it happened. Now I want to activate the plugin from Cpanel but I do not know how.

I have exactly the same problem (error 500 from time to time) and I think that this may be a compatibility problem with my cache plugin, but I do not know.
