hi there,

live traffic is blank and nothing related to avada. the weird thing is it works with all in one security, but same issue with ithemes. i prefer wordfence to the others so will reach out to avada and ask them if it’s an issue on their side.

i don’t remember ever having an issue like this prior to new update. i think it’s since their live page builds as this is what seems to be blocking.

thanks for coming back to me. i think, before i send back information i’m going to move to a new hosting provider as i think there are a lot of incompatibilities with current hosting provider i.e. php out of date,etc and then will respond once done.

sorry wasn’t clear enough.

the issue is in the backend on the latest version of wordpress and seems to be a menu bug relating to firefox quantum browser as the menus work perfectly in chrome.

so to reiterate: when adding a new menu item in the back end of wordpress and i attempt to reposition by dragging or clicking on the menu item,it immediately positions itself a position below the above menu item. the same occurs when you click on additional items with it positioning itself under the previous item.

i have a similar issue. the menu items are getting stuck and not dragging properly. when dragging a menu to another positon,it automatically places itself under a menu postion with the only way to repositon or move up 1 place is to manually move it by clicking on link.

My site completely locked out and after deleting in cpanel and reinstalling plugin,it wont allow to acitvate saying fatal error. please advise?

i had to uninstall wordfence,but reinstalled it now.

the firewall was disabled and the same issue occurred. i then placed the wf firewall in learning mode and still the same issues.

i followed your instructions,but no action listed at the bottom of the firewall page except for 2 from mid april 2016.

i then unticked all the rules and still the same errors occurred.
