No errors appear in the console. However, I notice if I try to delete the first option and save it removes the option but leaves the record with the value option and if I move the other options up in into the option and delete the last one it will remove the last one and save correctly. So for example it says Option then the second one is 2/3-2/4 and I put 2/3-2/4 in place of option and tell it to delete the last 2/3-2/4 it saves correctly.

I can not switch themes because this is a live site. I do not have any custom scripts running but I did see this message in the console

I am trying to purchase the Plus version of this plugin and Connecticut is not a state in the checkout state drop down can you add it please

PHP is version PHP 7.3.18

I can’t move it from this byvdemo.com domain that is the dev site could it have anything to do with the php version? Can I add any debug into the code to see what the cookie path is set to?

This is on the server I even deleted woocommerce and this plugin and reinstalled and still see it.

I figured out the issue it was a problem with the theme. Thank you for your respond everything is working properly now.

I contacted education.com that supplied the api they discontinued it on Oct 30th. So this feature will no longer work

I was able to resolve this it was a javascript error affecting the product page.

Thank you for all your input unfortunately I can’t spend anymore time debug this. I wrote some custom code to accomplish the same thing the plugin was doing to get around the issue. If I ever have time to revisit this I will post anything I discover that was causing my problem.

Unfortunately I can’t duplicate the issue on staging. I am not sure the problem I had to code a workaround without using the plugin.
