If everyone had the rational then 99% of the free plugins would have all 1-star reviews.
Reporting a bug and plugin needs to be updated can be done in a support topic, allowing the developers time to check and update. A 1-star review does not speed up that process.
You should also consider that it may be a conflict with another plugin or version of WordPress. So, if you want proper support, you should supply the WooCommerce System Status report.

Lastly, since it is a WOOCOMMERCE website, you should never install a plugin on a live site and hope for the best. This should be done in a staging area and then thoroughly tested. If a bug is found, it can be addressed there by anyone without affecting the live site.
In many cases, a bug is only an issue on a single site, not all.

My team and I work absolutely free on this plugin, which has pro features. Sometimes, as it happens, we must put food on the table.
We only received ticket 7 days ago which we also had the weekend. It is not uncommon on free plugins, for support to take a some time for reply.I see you only hand out 1-star reviews. I ask that you have a little more empathy in the community, especially for a tool that has all pro features.
We have yet to replicate your issue, so I advise you to buy the pro version of WooCommerce if you are unhappy with our plugin or the support.Good luck!

I have several domains I cannot activate. You already fixed it once, but the same issue is happening. You originally stated this “The server IP was blocked because of the many requests it sent to our server. Are there other sites with plugin’s from us on the server? If yes, are there older versions of the plugins??“
We have 50 plus sites using the plugin and will be adding more so its a real problem. The bundle license never worked and only can use the license that expires in March. All of this was in the email sent.
In addition, I asked questions about settings and sent into your support channel with only one reply.“Unfortunately we don’t have the resources to offer such a service.?“
Which tells me you did not even bother to read the email because there were valid support questions there aside from asking for paid support.
I already did 3 times and got no reply. Search in your activate gmail account for Judd or Bright Vessel and you will see it. I presently doing things manually with Facebook CAPI and Stape server because you do not reply to tickets. Put me in a horrible spot with my client since I recommend your plugin and we cannot move fast and at all.

My team works hard, helping people at no cost. This is a completely free plugin with pro features, and we do support it. I would kindly ask that you consider giving the people a chance before you just give them a 1 star.

But if that is your final answer, we will remove it wherever we find this installed and give a less-than-savory review. I figured I would reach out before doing that.
