Could you please show me where I can go to include the HTML?

I cannot find it anywhere within the default fields…I need to have images and text before the question and then display the question below this content.

Could you please show me how to use GlotPress to translate the plugin? How do I add a new project?

I’ve followed these instructions but cannot find the “Create a New Project” link:
