In reply to: Problem moving blog from local server to remote hostHmm – you could always e-mail it to someone with a PC who would do it for you then e-mail it back. ?? I don’t know of a mac equivalent.
Or, you could do the s&r right inside phpmyadmin if you are brave (or possibly foolhearty). Here’s a google search that turned up results.
You’d be safest doing my first suggestion. Feel free to e-mail me and I’ll get it back to you tonight. Takes about 0.5 seconds to run SCR.
E-mail address good for one day:

Somebody correct me on this, but I believe you would edit the /wp-admin/sidebar.php where you find:
sidebar-categories { display: block; height: 6.6em; overflow: auto; background-color: #f4f4f4;
Or possibly just below where it says “rows”

In reply to: Change blank header to an imageI’d start by pulling up the header.php from your theme and the header.php from the default theme which (I believe) uses an image. I’m not as familiar with your theme, but it looks like it is just using a background color, not an image. The default header file should get you started.

In reply to: WP-Ajax-Edit Comment with built-in Ajax CommentHmm- tried it again (IE 6.0.2) and it still is displaying without the theme. Maybe just an IE6 bug. See here

In reply to: WP-Ajax-Edit Comment with built-in Ajax CommentI’m looking…on a side note, the nuffnang ad is hanging the load and breaking the theme – its hanging now in IE – but it shows the content stripped of theme – aka, 1995 blue links, white background, purple visited links version.
IE officially crashed.

In reply to: IE has anomolies that Firefox doesn’t haveThat would explain why this just went from black to white…
I can’t say for sure, as I’ve not used this yet, but its probably checking the e-mail listed in your profile. Is this the same e-mail used with your mybloglog account? And make sure you didn’t comment as admin. Same address here too?

In reply to: IE has anomolies that Firefox doesn’t haveI’m running IE 6.0.2 and the Home & SiteMap are at the very top, but they are being obscured by a black header. If this is your intent, a lazy workaround would be to just change the font color to white. ?? Else, eliminate that black header.

In reply to: I need a Plug for comments that does the following…..This is already built into the code. See your
…domain.com/wp-admin/options-discussion.php
Scroll down to “comment moderation” and fill it up with swears. I believe this does the job, though I’ve never f*#&ing tried it. ??

In reply to: Make unbreakable internal linksFWIW: I have always used the full url when linking directly. I recently moved my blog to a new domain name and found that running a search and replace on the database did the trick just fine.
