    Hello @patrickposner ,

    Thanks for your help, we understand the problem with the saving password issue, in the mobile phone it keeps appearing, but will give the instructions to the users.

    We updated the plugin and selected the option of Ajax feature as you indicated but then it didn’t show the information. Until we realized that there has been a change in the shortcode text, we changed it to passster /passster and now everything works!

    Thanks Jason for all your help and emails, this thread is definetely resolved! And to everybody that gets to this page having problems with email sending, do not hesitate, the Postman plugin is the best solution you can get, and it has also the best support you can expect.

    And that’s very very important when it comes to get all the emails your clients want to send you and all the woocommerce orders they have placed!

    Hello Jason,

    Thank you for your fast answer. I’m afraid I do not know how to do this… I can access the server by ftp, but do not know how to access the server the way you say and run the telnet command. Do you mean it can be a problem with the server? They haven’t changed anything either in the past weeks!
