I checked the WCFM tweaks page it shows everything except mentioned problem.

This issue was aksed on support forum 3 weeks back. But still waiting for a fix. Really annoying when these kind of problems come from theme side instead of plugins ???♂?

@socialdefect still no luck. checked with theme Version 3.7.2 & pro plugin Version 3.6.0. same problem is there!

have the same problem . after updating Astra to version 3.6.9 another menu appeared below the primary menu. checked deactivating every plugin to check if its a plugin conflict.but the problem is there even after only the Astra theme & astra pro is there.Need a fix ASAP

Happening same error. this happens only when user do following process,
1. come to checkout & clcik to payment gateway with any method.
2. once the payment gateway opens user go back to checkout page
3. then again go to payment method & finish payment.
& this ERROR happens result of that.

solved it using add_filter( 'wcfm_is_allow_repair_order_item', '__return_true' );

Hi thanks for the info. before i proceed with the pro version just want to clarify following,

im using WCFM – Frontend Manager for WooCommerce and WCFM Marketplace & im not using dokan Marketplace. CAN I GET THE WOOCONVO PANEL IN FRONTEND VENDORS DASHBOARD?

p.s – its really easy if you guys can arrange a backend demo & update the pro version site/change-log/documentation etc.

hi, im talking about the wooconvo conversation panel . when you paste a link on the conversation panel from customer side or vendor side and click “send” button the link turns to normal text.it isn’t clickable.

as an example if customer send this link “https://www.whatsmydns.net” it appear as a unclickable text
