Hi Zigel,

The 491 form is required, you’re correct BUT it is this form that is causing the “OOPS” page if these fields are left blank, usually you will see a “Required Fields” warning BUT this is NOT happening and it’s producing the “oops” page instead..

Any ideas on this ?

Yeah I can get this I think…. I just wanted to know as well though Jeff if this MAJOR update will break HOW things were originally set-up in the plugin ?

I got the site back on, pretty much straight away with a bit of plugin testing then seen it was this one after the update. I’m not so much worried about the error Jeff, I’m more worried about the actual set-up etc of the plugin, We’ve been as is for the past 4/5 years.

Sorry to bring this back up, BUT this is happening again. I just paid for a renewal license to update the plugin (By the way within the plugins area it stills says needs updating to 1.1 or something even though updated).

Yeah anyway, it’s happening again when I activate this plugin it makes that one page we spoke of above blank, I also noticed as well that it causes gravity forms to not work correctly as well.

Can you please advise here as to what to do??

I have tested plugins and themes KT and still get the same problem! I think the issue has something to do with the PRO version login code, because when I add to the array the option to re-direct it works, if I remove this then it doesn’t.

I have had to removed the code from the page and use the login widget itself to overcome this issue! Although I know this will cause further issues down the line.

Still the same thing happening! Free subscriber roles get directed to the welcome page as it should, but if I change the role to “level1” then logging in then takes me to wp-admin….Even with the correct settings

Yes i have it set to NOT allow access to wp-admin for NONE admin users.

There is some code within the automessage plugin which causes this issue. Removing the code solves this problem and the plugin still works.

Can give you the code if you want?

Yeah I have that set to the page I want, it is referring FREE members but If I change the role on my test account to “level” and then login again it takes me to wp-admin rather than the welcome page..

I managed to figure it out! I’ve been using WP for years now and this one stumped me big time…. I deactivated all the plugins and got the same issue, tried new and different themes and still didn’t resolve the issue….

It turned out to be some code (incorrect) within my functions.php file which I swore I checked and double checked, what was weird though is that this code had absolutely nothing to do with the default wp gallery, yet all the other pages worked fine!

Still stumped, but managed to resolve the issue…Thanks for jumping in James, much appreciated.
