fixed.
nice catch – great support – really appreciate the back & forth.no.
but, I just added it… is that ok?No
yes – it says ‘invalid data format’.
I see the file wp-SlimStat.js in the plugins folder, but I do not see ‘wp-SlimStat’ loaded on any pages… it does seem to be tracking though. For instance, when I log on as a new user, that user-visit is immediately recorded and observable within the ‘overview’ page.
no errors detected.
yes, screenres is empty.
yes, I have access.Any ideas or suggestions?
btw: here are the tables:
slim_browsers
slim_content_info
slim_countries
slim_outbound
slim_screenres
slim_statswell – the alert came back, though all the stats appear to be working/updating (except the screen res).
That’s ok… it’s a new site with very few users (and the user visits are the only stat I really want to track anyway).
Reinstalling appears to have fixed the issue… hopefully, it does not ‘pop-up’ again.
I will try deleting and reinstalling.
The Slimstat plugin seems to be working fine (except for screen res and the error message). All other metrics appear to be there and active.

not a multisite
sorry, but could explain how to locate the ‘wp_slim* tables’?
Thanks.
