We’ve tested again with a couple different setups and the department filter looks to be working in all our tests. Would you be willing to share your url? Is the site live? We could troubleshoot it a bit on site and check what values are being pulled from greenhouse and used in the js. We do have an email you could send it to if you’d rather: wordpress at brownbagmarketing.com.

Issue resolved via email. After some troubleshooting and testing, it turns out that greenhouse allows multiple url tokens, one per job board, so when setting the plugin up, make sure the url token matches the job board you are wanting to pull data from.

In our testing we’re finding that department filters are working.

So you are able to filter by office and job title etc, but no job department filters are working?

This does seem strange indeed. Is that file actually in place on your server? It should be included in the plugin, I wonder why it’s showing up as a 404. What versions of php and cURL are you using? Assuming you’re on a lamp stack?

So it is working (as in sending data to greenhouse) but, reporting an error (on your site)?

Interesting and we’re happy to help! I haven’t noticed any issues with these plugins. What theme are you using? And not to state the obvious, but I assume you have jobs in Greenhouse to display that meet whatever filter criteria you have set? Are there other shortcodes that DO work on your site?

@elsmorga – Could you share a link to this or share a screenshot? We’ve tested and have not been able to reproduce this error you’re mentioning. I assume you’re using the latest version of the plugin (1.8) as well as the latest version of WordPress (4.3)? It seems like this may be a style or cache issue, could that be possible?

This should now be resolved with the 1.8.0 release. Thanks for letting us know what issues you were facing. We had tested multiple shortcode instances but not on the same page like you were attempting and the scripts in the plugin were only expecting one job board on the page, all patched up now.

Ah, thanks for taking the time to explain all the results (and expected results). We see the problem and will work to have a fix out shortly. Hopefully we can have another update for you soon.

This is fixed and now released in 1.5.0 along with the new shortcode wizard. Please let us know if you see anymore issues.

I see now, just tested with ACF Pro and have reproduced the error. Thanks for letting us know, we’ll work on a fix for this and have it out soon.

We are sorry for the delay in responding to you, we weren’t monitoring this support forum as closely as we should. Also sorry to hear you are having problems with this. We’ve done testing and are not seeing this issue. What version of WP, ACF and greenhouse-job-board are you using? Are you using ACF pro?
