That worked! thanks so much! Another question: I noticed on the forum others saying they were having trouble with the ad placeholder for this theme. Is that feature working now? Every time I place google adsense ad code inside the editor it creates a bunch of white(light greyish) space around the ad, that doesn’t go along with the look of my site. Is there a way to avoid all the extra white space around the ad?

if your theme allows for that customization then you would go to theme under appearance and click on theme options, and there’s a place for upload custom image. if it’s not there, your theme doesn’t allow that type of customization. I’m using Gamepress theme, and it allows fo rit.

in the stylesheets part of the editor at the very beginning, you’ll have to scroll a little, but you should find where it allows for font size and font style to be hard-coded in. hope this helps. I just happened upon it when I was trying to do some customizations.

I have added the codes for the ads to appear, I even know how to align them “center”, “left”, or “right”. But how do I get rid of all the empty space they have created around the ads?? please help. And I don’t think the plugin I’m using is even working, I hard coded it, so I think if I removed the plugin, the ads would still appear, haven’t done that yet to see though!

My visual tab is apparently disabled, I have installed and activated the plugin, saved my preferred settings and nothing! I at one point had the default standard editor that wordpress came with, but now that’s not even enabled. Help please!

I am using the gamepress theme.

I cleared my browser cache, I don’t believe I have any caching plugin, how would I know? I went through all my settings and plugin settings, and no option to clear cache anywhere. I’m totally at a lost with this one. Help!!!

I couldn’t get the GamePress theme twitter widget to work, but I did get a working one from this website: https://xhanch.com/category/wordpress/wp-plugin/ also go to your twitter settings and there’s an option on there to create a widget. Once you create it on twitter, copy the code that’s there into the settings for Xhanch on WordPress.

I DONT want the sliding panel to show at all for me(the administrator) and everyone else. How do I remove it or deactivate it?
