I was reading the post that you paste me and I think that is the same issue.

I will try to speak with my client for that they speak with 1&1 to resolve this issue. Maybe the solution that they can give me is custom a smtp with his domain data (and not with externals smtp server like a gmail, outlook, etc.).

If 1&1 dont give me a solution, it can to be a real problem for his ecommerce, I hope that they solve it asap.

Maybe with this configuration, they can send emails with smtp way.

I firget two important things:

– THe hosting used of the websites is 1&1. It can to be the same as godaddy? So, maybe 1&1 are blocking SMTP to ports 25, 465 and 587 (used by gmail, outlook, etc.)?

– I have a backup of this website (the same web configuration) in other hosting and I can use smtp perfectly.

I am thinking that the problem is the hosting, maybe them are blocking the it?

Thank you very much for your support.

I needed include the embeded shortcode when the product is purchased, for these, include in the description product is not possible.

However, I included the shortcode in the Purchase Note and I think that with this it can to be helpfull. Now I am searching the way to update email of confirmation/finalice product, because in the emails that the customer receive is not possible include the shortcode (the email only show the wp-content path where the file is located).

Do you know if exist any way to update the body of customer email for use the embeded corde here?

Also I want point that the client dont receive all emails, depends the sender email (domain too), and also depends if client use a hotmail.com or gmail.com email.

I dont understand correctly how works the send emails flow with different domains.
