Here is an update on this…After more testing, I found that when you disable currency conversion the form shows up and you can make a payment. but unfortunately there is no conversion fro usd to INR. the dollar amount is the same. But when you enable currency conversion it comes up with the error 21003. So looks like the issue in your plugin as to how it talks to ccaavenue related to the currency converion.

Please help asap.

I have the same issue and same error code. I also upgraded to 4.9.4 and php 5.6. I have another ticket opened on this, but you can consolidate that ticket or help here.

As I said before not the best for large sites. you have to pay..either for site bigger than 512 mb or for ftp or other option.

there are other plugins that work and are really free. Sorry but not impressed…will buy backup buddy. works well and is very easy.

ok, Thanks…Saw the discount and like it. But I have sort of been burnt by the pro hide wp plugins….bought Swift Security Bundle had lots of issues and after a month and no support, gave up on it. Then also bought hide my wp prior to that on codecanyon and also lots of conflicts..SO want to standardize on WP Rocket (support is great) and if yours works, will buy the unlimited sites for $69.00 I appreciate your quick support and for me that is far more important that spending 25-100 bucks on the product but wasting countless hours trying to fix conflicts, with zero support…Not worth the time. Have a lot of sites so this might be good.

The theme does have a 404 page. But I also created a custom 404 page and redirected the theme to that. a 404 page redirec is fine or better yet can I send them to home page? Besides that plugin works as stated. Anotherquestion, I had wp Rocket installed and it caused issues so I disabled it. Would like to use WP Rocket and also wordfence. How does your pro version compare to hide my Wp (Codecanyon)? I want to hide WordPress completely. Thoughts and thanks for the quick response.

Jesse – The fix worked. I uploaded the plugin and it created another version of it. So I deleted both version including files and reuploaded your file. Worked great it found the setup from Clef and everything works. I would recommend pushing this update to WP plugin site.

Thanks for the quick response. I resolved the issue, but noticed something else. What i did was simply change the login layout within the plugin to display the standard wordpress login first with the button ‘login with your phone’ below it. So then when I click on the button, the clef image shows perfectly and I can log in.

So to test it some more, I changed it back to the default setting where the clef image is on top and login with password is below. Now the image loading just spins and no image appears.

So that tells me that there is some script/code conflict with the wordpress plugin and the order. Any help/thoughts?

How did you resolve this…Everything has been working great until just now. I updated the whmcs page to add a side bar and created a new page with a different permalink. So to fix things I simply deleted the plugin, deleted all pages associated with it re installed and now my page is blank and it will not show the whmcs client area.

I have cleared cache. deactivated wp total cache but no luck.
