However, access to our API is only supported with our Professional plan.

My apologies, but currently we don’t have this feature out of the box.
And would really be hard to implement.

As a workaround, I would suggest to use our Top-rated widget/page. Which you can set to show your top-rated comments in your sidebar or editor.

Your ratings data is stored in our servers. And if you want to fetch your ratings data and get the average rating then you will need to have access to our API. However, access to our API is only supported with our Professional and higher plans.

You can use Google’s structured data testing tool to check and see whether Google recognizes your schema or not.

The Top-rated widget will fetch the image you set as featured image of the post/page. Kindly check other posts/pages of your website and set a featured image and let me know if that worked for you.

But I can ensure you that this error is not from RatingWidget.
We use a different schema name for our Rich-snippet integration.

In your RatingWidget -> Settings.
Just click on Add Rating / Criteria under Live Preview.

I would regret to say that we do not support comment reviews at RatingWidget. We focus on ratings and that is where we excel at.

However, if you would like comments added to your site, I would suggest using DISQUS, Facebook comments, or livefyre.

Have you tried turning off ratings for categories?
You can find this at your RatingWidget -> Settings -> Under Post View Visibility Settings -> Un-select Show on Category.

With reference to your ticket#2257.

I’m sorry to say that there seems to be some incompatibility issue with your ‘Ceceppa Multilingua’ plugin as I don’t see any problem with RatingWidget.

Additionally, RatingWidget is currently integrated with WMPL in our professional version or higher.
You might want to consider that.
