I also notice that in Firefox, I see the 360 Panorama overlay on the bottom left of the panorama, but I don’t see it in Chrome or Safari.

Firefox works fine.

Chrome, the second image doesn’t appear. On the first image, I can grab and look to another location, but as soon as release the mouse button, the image locks and will not move. Can refresh the page to start over, but it does not recover. I can also can zoom in and out a few times with a fresh page load, and then it fully freezes.

When viewing in Safari it is showing the same behaviors as Chrome.

I can create a video of the behavior if you would like.

Update: Based on this post – https://salesforce.stackexchange.com/questions/99900/oauth-issue-oauth-approval-error-generic I added the web and refresh token scopes to the connected app and was able to authenticate.

Not sure if there is additional risk in doing that, but we have it working now.

I am getting the same error.

We are starting fresh, so don’t have a previous successful authentication.

Our users log in to Pardot using salesforce SSO.

Any suggestions to troubleshoot?

Thanks edesmars! I deleted the title field to start, and the form worked. Added it back and form broken again. Odd, but at least repairable in the short term.

There is still a stall on a 404 screen between form submission and redirecting to the thank you page, but at least it gets there eventually. Not as smooth or elegant as I need, but functioning.
