I found the solution. Thanks @bcrodua for the heads-up about security.
I found the issue lies on Imunify360 where it blocks the PHP script. Disable or put the file to ignore list will fix the issue.

I’ve set to 777, it’s still the same error.

I’ve contacted 2 of my host companies, they are unable to find any solution.
One of them asked whether is Updraft only works in Apache server instead of Litespeed

In the end they ask me to ask Updraft support team.

So up until now there’s no solution for me.

However, the plugin still works in the background which I’ve set up long time ago. It is just that I’m unable to view the dashboard settings anymore.

Already include the rewrite rule for a long time, but it doesn’t fix

No. All plugins disabled. Theme reverted to the original one.
Still the dashboard not displaying anything.
