The transparent header feature requires some more CSS than just making the color transparent. The header should overlap the main content.

As of now, this feature is not available in the Header Footer Elementor plugin. This is already added to our feature list and will be released in upcoming updates.

Right now this feature is available in the Astra Pro + Astra Theme. That also provides options such as sticky header, Header shrink. Also, you can use target rules so that you can create different headers for different pages.

Like which theme you’re using and on which mobile is the issue visible. Is there any specific mobile model?

The header footer plugin replaces the header and footer file from the theme and therefore the code gets removed.

As of now, the only suggestion would be to either use the header or a footer from the theme where the code can be added.
