Have you tried changing the theme and checked this because we have not received any tickets for this issue.

Switch to the twenty-twenty theme temporarily and see if the issue resolves. These are the same steps that we follow to check the issue.

We are not facing this issue and have not received any tickets for this issue as well.

Besides, Kindly follow these steps:

1. Deactivate all of your plugins. If this solves the problem, gradually activate your plugins one by one, until you spot the problematic plugin.

2. If you have a caching plugin, make sure you deactivate it, or even better – purge the cache.

The menu used in the Header Footer menu is not HFE menu widget.
