We are not facing this issue at our end.

Kindly try switching to the default themes like twenty-twenty temporarily and see if the issue resolves.

Besides, this plugin has inbuilt support for some themes. If you’re using some other theme, you can see a tab with two methods.

Kindly try switching between the methods and check once again if this resolves the issue.

Well, this seems strange and should not happen. Did you tried testing it after clearing cache and deactivating plugins, etc.

It looks like we have missed this thread long back and this was more related to the OceanWP theme.

Header Footer Elementor is compatible with the WPML plugin.

You can try using the WPML plugin to translate EHF plugin.

Please note that this is for UAE plugin, but helpful to understand the basics.

The header should appear when the settings are set to the entire website.

Please make sure that the Select Users option is set to ALL.
